You first did work for me in 1981. You did a 4 ply built up roof for a home I owned in the annex. You then quoted a roof for me at a freinds home in the Beaches. It was at this time that I came to know you as a dependable and knowlegable person, not just another roofer to give me a price.

I want to applaud you for the service you provided in investigating an apparent leak in my new flat roof. You sent a service man to repair it and he advised that there appeared to be nothing wrong with the roof work, but that our carpenter may have damaged it when he installed the deck.
