ThermaSeam Standing Seam Roof Heat Panels

ThermaSeam uses a patented design to create a warm roof and eliminate the risk of snowpack. It is easily attached to new and existing standing seams.

A three-sided raceway securely compresses a single or double run of commercial grade, UL-listed self regulating heat trace cable for direct heat transfer to the metal roof. No modification or penetration to the existing roof is required.

Panel Options

ThermaSeam is available in 5 foot increments and is installed with seam clamps, enabling installers to run ThermaSeam as far up the roof as needed.
